TERMS: Your pre-purchase gallons must be delivered between 06/1/2009 and 4/01/2010 on automatic delivery program. Minimum delivery of 150 gallons. Any gallons remaining after 4/01/2010 are subject to storage and commodity fees of at least 25 cents per gallon. No refunds are available on this program. Heating Oil is a commodity and subject to future market pricing changes, either up or down. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer. Payment is required in order to put this contract in effect. Any balance due on your account must be paid prior to your acceptance into this program. This is a fixed price program and changes to the price per gallon cannot be made after our acceptance. Once Your Pre-Purchase gallons are exhausted any additional gallons delivered will be billed at the Current-Price-of-the-Day. Review all information completely. Once accepted, this contract is final.
